The Hand is an active item in TBoI: Regambled, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

On useIsaac swings bone club-like attack in front of him.

The swing deals Isaac's size mult. × 3.5 + 4 damage and performs on-contact effect to enemies hit, can collect pickups and open chests it touches.

Cards and runes collected by the swing are stored in the active item (Max. 5).
Holding the item uses all the consumables stored consecutively in the order shown by the HUD.

If a consumable is picked up at full capacity, the first conumable shown gets replaced by the new one.

Pressing the CRTL key cycles the order in which the consumables will be used
